Assessment test

Persons, who would like to apply for one of our training programs, need to participate in an assessment test. We will invite you to take the test if you submitted a completed application and if we are curious to find out more about you.

The test will cover various topics relevant for successfully completing an apprenticeship in our company.

The coordinating trainer will assess the test. If you pass the test, we will invite you for an interview in the weeks following your assessment. During the interview you will get the chance to ask questions about the company and we an opportunity to get to know you better.

As part of the awarding of our traineeship positions, we use the professional aptitude tests of the employers' association of the Bavarian electrical and metal industry, bayme vbm. The candidate must consent the processing before starting the aptitude test. The company receives the test results after the test. The personal data (first and last name) collected is automatically deleted six months after the start of the respective training year. The anonymized test data remains in the system for quality inspection purposes.

The right start

If you are interested in technology, mathematics or physics, you have come to the right place.

Training positions are always published for a start of the apprenticeship the following year.

The application phase at Reich is divided into several stages: The application phase takes place from January to September. The selection process then begins. After receipt and pre-selection of the application documents, we send out the invitations to the assessment test. After the successful completion of the test, we invite you to come for an interview. Finally, if you managed to pass all application stages, you will receive a trainee contract .

Find out as much as you can as early as possible about the job profiles you are interested in. The Reich training program is very popular, but only 10 of all applicants are offered a trainee contract. For this reason, it is also very important to be well prepared for the assessment test and participate in voluntary work experience or do an internship.

Which documents do I need?

You are interested in our company and our training programs? Please apply and let us get to know you; your strengths, your fields of interest, your skills and knowledge.

Take your time and diligently prepare your application. Please make sure to send us all the necessary documents.

Your application must include

  • cover letter
  • resumé
  • school certificates.

If you have work experience or participated in an internship, please add a reference or certificate as well as other references for functions such as class president, mediator or other extracurricular activities.

Please submit your application and documents via mail or e-mail. Do not forget to include your contact information such as your address, telephone number and e-mail address. Please submit only copies of your documents - no originals.

 

What do we expect from an applicant?

You should know about the job profile and the key aspects of the apprenticeship as well as our company. You should also possess basic technical understanding, a good knowledge of English and social skills. Above all, however, you should be motivated.

Your cover letter is your business card. We do not want to see random or standardized letters. We want to get to know you. We would like to find out why you want to work with us and why you are interested in this particular training program and job.
